DSTMFG Response

The story "Do Seek Their Meat From God" shows the conflict between man and environment. Both of them want to survive. The panthers have their reasons to prey the boy: They have to hunt for food to survive and feed their cubs. Likewise, the settler has his own reason to hunt. His son will be the prey of the panthers if he wouldn't hunt them. Both sides have enough reasons to hunt the counterpart for survival and it seems that no side should be blamed. This is the cruelty of the real world: hunt or to be hunted. The story ends with the death of the panthers, which is easier for readers to accept.

    This competitve world does not allow us to peaceful, and that is reason why there is murder and death.

    I enjoyed seeing your responses to the short stories. I think the poetic response to Love was particularly interesting and the mood you created was effective. Do continue writing reflectively and keep working on expressing yourself as accurately and eloquently as possible
